A man (Tatsuya Fujiwara) has a special ability to manipulate others only with his eyes. Because of this special ability, he killed an abusive father and was abandoned by her mother. He now lives a lonely life on the dark side of a city.
Meanwhile, Shuichi Tanaka (Takayuki Yamada) has no family and lives with his friends. Although he was poor, he has a bright outlook on life. One day, the two men met. The man was confused, because he can not manipulate Shuichi with his eyes.
